Our client is a multi-disciplinary infrastructure consulting firm serving both private and public sector clients with a full range of built environment services. Their multidisciplinary team includes experts across architecture, environmental planning, town planning, project management, and engineering disciplines such as electrical, industrial, mechanical, civil, municipal, and structural engineering.

They are currently seeking a registered Professional Construction Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of the entire project lifecycle and project management principles.

Requirements:

·        Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management in a consulting environment.

·        Must be registered with the SACPCMP (PrCPM) OR PMI (PMP)

Responsibilities:

·        Manage projects in line with international best practice

·        Plan projects in terms of project scope, project schedule and project costs

·        Manage the execution of projects and project resources

·        Lead and coordinate professional teams and supervise construction contracts

·        Manage project communication, including client, user and stakeholders

·        Manage project risks

·        Manage project procurement

·        Conduct technical and contract meetings
