DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compile vacancies and advertise on different platforms, internal and external
Use various recruitment methods to attract the correct candidate for the position
· Identify and attract candidates via various platforms
· Screen CVs / Applications and compile a shortlist of possible candidates
· Schedule interviews according to the shortlist between management and candidates
· Assist the Group HR Manager with any other duties that may be required
Required Skills
- Recruitment: 1 to 2 years
- Head Hunter: 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
REQUIREMENT:
· Grade 12
· Computer Literate (excel is essential)
· Proven track record in the Recruitment Industry
· Understanding the logistics industry will be an advantage
· Excellent communication skills, must be able to work under pressure
· Must be willing to travel from time to time
