- Graad 12 of ekwivalent
- Kwalifikasie in IT of Besigheidsadministrasie (voordeel)
- Gevorderde MS Excel
- 2 tot 4 jaar ondervinding in die bestuur van tegniese en administratiewe stelsels
- Kennis van IT-infrastruktuur, stelselbestuur en administratiewe prosesse
- Sterk organisatoriese en multi-taakvaardighede
- Probleemoplossing en analitiese vermoëns
- Pro-aktiewe benadering en aandag aan detail
- Goeie kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vaardighede
- Vermoë om selfstandig en as deel van 'n span te werk
- Bestuurderslisensie en eie motor
- Manage and maintain IT and non-IT systems.
- Develop and implement technical procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide technical support and quickly resolve issues.
- Monitor systems, identify, and address performance problems.
- Manage security and data protection.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and support services.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations and administrative processes.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on system usage and best practices.
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Qualification in IT or Business Administration (advantage)
- Advanced MS Excel
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in managing technical and administrative systems
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems management, and administrative processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proactive approach and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driver’s license and own vehicle

Oorsig van die Pos:
Die Tegniese en Administratiewe Stelselsbeampte sal die Tegniese Administratiewe Bestuurder ondersteun met die bestuur van IT- en nie-IT-stelsels, en die optimalisering van alle tegniese en administratiewe prosesse binne die organisasie. Die rol behels die instandhouding van stelselintegriteit, die implementering van prosedures en die verseker van doeltreffende operasies om die algehele prestasie van die organisasie te verbeter.
