Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Job Overview:
As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates across various departments. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies to fill positions with high-quality candidates. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a talent acquisition role (preferably 1-3 years).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for finding the right talent.
• Degree or certification in HR, Business, or a related field.
