- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and market conditions.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a talent acquisition role (preferably 1-3 years).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for finding the right talent.
- Degree or certification in HR, Business, or a related field.
