ENVIRONMENT:

A renowned digital command hub based in Cape Town is seeking a Bookkeeper for a 6-month contract, with the potential for permanent employment. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for accurately recording and maintaining the company's financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. They will input financial data into general ledgers, which are essential for generating the balance sheet and income statement.

DUTIES:

• All processing on Accounting packages such as Invoicing statements, Supplier invoices (Google, Facebook, Siteground), Cash book, Bank recon, Journals, VAT reports, Management reports.
• Monthly commissions
• Secretarial documents
• Payroll/ leave information to be supplied to PKF
• Loading clients credits in Lead Gene8or
• Updating clients credits spreadsheets year end
• Ordering office supplies
• Supplying PKF all documents for yearly AFS
• HR documentation/ filing such as leave forms, contracts and payslips

REQUIREMENTS:

• Related field Certificate and or Diploma
• 3+ years of experience
• Experience in Excel, Pastel and QuickBooks
