Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SMPP (Structural, Mechanical, Piping, and Platework) Workshop Manager to oversee operations across three workshops. This is a senior-level role requiring proven expertise in managing workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of three workshops.
Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimise production.
Ensure adherence to SMPP industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all workshop activities.
Manage and mentor workshop teams, fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and inventory to support uninterrupted operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support as needed.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
