Our Client are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Semi Skilled Mechanical/Panel Beater with experience in spray painting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in panel beater work and possess some level of experience in spray painting.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform panel beating repairs on vehicles, including straightening and smoothing out dents and dings
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Apply paint using various techniques, such as spraying and hand painting
- Ensure a high-quality finish that meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and quotas
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in panel beater work is required
- Some experience in spray painting is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
