Sales Representative/ Administrator Our client based in PE, is on a recruitment drive for a driven, hands-on all-rounder to join their George Office. The ideal candidate should be flexible, willing to roll up sleeves and get stuck in and have can do attitude.This is multifunctional position as follows:

Administration:

Assist with answering phones, responding to emails and general client relationship management
Maintain database – update and generate call cycle monthly
Assist with ordering of stock and suppliers
Receiving of stock and supplies
Process Quotes, Sales Orders and Invoices
Complete tender docs for submission
Do Stock Take once a month
Any other ad hoc duties as required

Sales:

Calling on clients – promoting, marketing, selling and upselling full range of products
Manage clients back-orders
Develop and grow existing client base through cold calling
Assist with delivery of stock to clients
Develop a regular call cycle to ensure consistency sales calls
Travelling and covering Garden Route Towns on a monthly basis. Viz George, Mossel Bay, Oudtshoorn, Knysna, Plettenburg Bay, Beaufort West
Open 30 day accounts with Vat registered Businesses
Any other ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications:

Matric
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Fully computer literate
MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE
2-3 years in a sales environment
