About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of advanced power electronics systems.
• Oversee electrical design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to technical and quality standards.

• Perform simulations, analysis, and validation of electrical designs to meet performance and safety requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power electronics and electrical design.
• Proven expertise in the design, simulation, and testing of power electronics systems (e.g., converters, inverters, motor drives).
• Strong proficiency in electrical design software and tools (e.g., Altium, MATLAB/Simulink, AutoCAD Electrical).
• Deep understanding of relevant standards and compliance requirements (e.g., IEC, IEEE).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
