As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will work within a growing marketing team under the guidance and management of the Senior Marketing Manager. Your primary role will be to enhance our online brand presence through various digital strategies. You will support initiatives aimed at increasing inbound lead generation and accelerating the sales pipeline, collaborating across departments to execute and optimise digital campaigns, manage social media channels, and contribute to the success of marketing efforts that drive growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising:
Assist the marketing team in writing, launching, and optimising digital ads aimed at various target audiences through LinkedIn, Google, and Microsoft Ads.
Email Marketing
Maintaining a clean and opted-in database in HubSpot by updating company and contact details as needed.
Writing and designing email marketing templates in HubSpot.
Pulling targeted email marketing lists in HubSpot.
Content Creation
Assistance in writing industry-relevant blog content, e-guides, email content, and customer case studies.
Event Management
Assisting with the design of event elements; business cards, flyers, posters, and gift cards in line with our corporate brand design and messaging.
Event project management and planning.
Social Media Management
Content planning.
Organic social media posting on LinkedIn.
Website Management
Uploading new content to our website (hosted on WordPress).
Liaising with our web agency to maintain, update and optimise the business website.
Requirements:
Under-graduate degree in marketing (or similar).
2-4 years of marketing experience.
Experience working within a B2B business (SaaS industry beneficial).
Experience working with a marketing automation tool (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, SharpSpring, Pardot).
Basic design (Canva or similar).
Experience in Google Suite management (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager).
Experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Experience with SEO and paid media
