Responsibilities:

- Oversee all accounting operations including financial reporting
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial data and present insights to senior management
- Monitor cash flow and manage the company’s working capital
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and financial laws
- Manage the annual budgeting process and track performance against budget
- Support strategic planning and decision-making through financial analysis and modeling
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial stakeholders
- Mentor and develop finance team members

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (SA)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
- Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of IFRS standards
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and communication skills
