An Agritalent client, a leading agribusiness, seeks a Divisional Finance Director for its Insurance and Financing Division.
The successful candidate will be a CA with strong insurance experience and IFRS 17 expertise.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the division. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.

Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Chartered Accountant (SA)
• Master’s degree (advantageous)
• 7 – 10 years of proven experience in financial management, preferably in the Agri industry
• 3 – 5 years experience in a leadership role
• Previous experience in financial reporting, operating cost, working capital and capital expenditure management
• Advanced financial management, tax and related legislation knowledge
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
