Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, acquiring an in-depth understanding of client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will expand relationships with existing customers to achieve mutual goals, ensuring the timely delivery of products and services, managing customer complaints, and resolving issues effectively to maintain trust. Additionally, you will prepare detailed progress and forecast reports using key account metrics to provide valuable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
 
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least two years in a Key Accounts Manager role. A proven track record in sales and solution-driven client management is essential, along with exceptional communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
