This is achieved through in-person engagements, active listening, a solutions-oriented approach, and supporting partners on their solution-selling journey.
It involves:
- Driving solution sales, nurturing and maintaining strategic relationships, managing CRM and pipeline, and ensuring consistent and proactive partner engagement.
- Achieving sales targets by developing strategies and building strong relationships with partners.
- Understanding each partner's business needs and offering tailored solutions to help them succeed.
- Onboard new partners, ensure they start transacting, and grow existing relationships through cross-selling and upselling.
- Managing service delivery, operational tasks, and aligning with vendor or brand requirements.
- Personal development and staying updated on market trends are also key aspects.
- +3 years Experience on Account/Channel management with C-level stakeholders.
- +6 years Experience in ICT (Preferably Cloud-Based Environments - With an ability to keep up with technology and Industry developments.).
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Business Management or equivalent.
Nice To Haves:
- An AWS Certification OR proven record of own learning applied to the cloud (preferably AWS).
