About the Role:

As AI Director, you'll be responsible for driving AI innovation within one of the world’s leading wealth management organizations. You’ll lead the development and implementation of AI and machine learning strategies that enhance client portfolios, optimize trading decisions, and redefine the future of wealth management. Working remotely, you’ll collaborate with global teams to integrate AI-driven solutions that support business growth and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the vision, development, and execution of AI initiatives across the organization, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives.
• Oversee the creation and scaling of AI/ML models that improve trading algorithms, portfolio management, and investment strategies.
• Provide thought leadership on AI trends and technologies, influencing business decision-making and shaping the company's future direction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams—data scientists, engineers, and senior business leaders—to integrate AI systems seamlessly across the organization.
• Stay ahead of industry developments, offering insights that position the company as a leader in AI-powered wealth management solutions.

What You’ll Need:

• Extensive experience in AI leadership, preferably within the financial services or wealth management sector.
• Proven track record of implementing and scaling AI/ML solutions in high-performance environments.
• Honours degree or higher in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks, tools, and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for leveraging AI to drive innovation in wealth management and investment strategies.
