What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage AI initiatives, from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and scale AI/ML models that optimize trading, portfolio management, and investment strategies.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies within the wealth management sector.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI systems across the organization.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, offering strategic insights that position the company as a leader in AI-powered wealth management solutions.

What You’ll Need:

• Extensive experience in AI leadership, particularly in financial services or wealth management.
• Proven track record of developing and scaling AI/ML solutions in high-performance environments.
• Honours degree or higher in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in AI and machine learning frameworks, tools, and platforms.
• Strong ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for leveraging AI to drive business innovation and transformation.
