Job Description:
As the Accounts Payable Clerk, your duties and responsibilities include the following:
Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Review and verify invoices, ensuring all details are correct before processing
Maintain vendor relationships and address any payment inquiries or discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing and prepare necessary reports
Manage and track payments to ensure timely and compliant processing
Support the finance team with other tasks and special projects as needed
 
Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 2-4 years experience in accounts payable and accounting
Exposure working with multi-currencies
Proficiency in accounting software
Netsuite experience would be highly beneficial
Strong communication skills

Qualification:
Completed Accounting or Finance qualification
Completed Matric
