Prepare Profit and Loss Reports for group
Trial Balance
Monthly debtors and creditors age analysis
Capture and reconcile debtors and creditors invoices
Reconcile Bank Statement for group
Calculate and reconcile sales commissions
Prepare monthly budgets
Assist with managing supplier contracts
Assist in producing monthly wholesale reports and invoicing to customers

Education:

Job Experience & Skills Required:

4 to 5 years' experience in an accounting position essential
Fluent in Sage Pastel or Sage One
Fluent in Sage Pastel Payroll
Strong MS Excel skills
Xero Accounting experience beneficial
Working knowledge of SARS E-filing
Good communication and relationship building skills
Valid Drivers License and own reliable vehicle
