Looking for an exciting leadership role in finance within the automotive industry? Our client, an established automotive powerhouse, is seeking a Group Financial Manager to support their expansion and streamline their financial operations.

Job & Company Description:

This role is with a market-leading automotive group renowned for delivering unmatched service and maximizing value for their customers.As the Group Financial Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a talented team, overseeing the financial operations of a business that’s passionate about customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the group
Oversee consolidated financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS standards
Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance financial efficiency
Collaborate with the executive team to provide strategic financial insights
Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
Ensure transparent financial practices align with the company's commitment to honesty and value
Handle ERP system integration and optimization (SAP experience preferred)

Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA)
8+ years of financial management experience, ideally in the automotive or related industry
Strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance
Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
