Desired Experience and Qualification:

• National Senior Certificate
• Post Matric Certification in Mixology, Food and Beverages Management.
• Must have +3 years of professional cocktail experience as a bartender in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under high-pressure conditions.
• Own vehicle or reliable transport
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays with a long cycle of consecutive workdays.

Skills and Competencies:

• knowledge of Wine, Spirits and liqueurs & Cigars
• Knowledge of cocktails, and mixology techniques, with a passion for beverage innovation.
• Knowledge of food and beverages professional principles and practices.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
  
• Great attention to detail and creativity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and Time Management skills
