Job Purpose
Manage the planning, prioritisation, organisation, and coordination of digital funnels across various
digital platforms. Ensure the successful implementation of projects and Marketing campaigns aimed
at enhancing user experience and conversion rates. Offer guidance to the squads, Marketing teams
and agencies. Providing insights on marketing campaign performance, digital platforms, analytics,
and addressing anomalies to improve conversion ratios.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire customer experience throughout the journey to maximise the effectiveness of each campaign and generate value at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate closely with the agency to consistently monitor the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Identify A/B testing opportunities to improve creative elements and messaging based on insights derived from paid media reports.
- Continuously optimise ongoing marketing campaigns while leveraging analytics to achieve an improvement in user conversion rates.
- Design and implement campaign user journey for each campaign, incorporating AB testing methodologies.
- Effectively manage the delivery of analytics, ensuring that the analytics is setup to track and manage both commercial and marketing objectives.
- Take ownership of fixing identified issues within the user flow of marketing campaigns and oversee their implementation. Evaluate and manage escalated analytics and user experience.
- Track campaign performance, measure and implement ROMI methodologies for all campaigns.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret post-campaign insights to inform and contribute to the development of future campaigns.
- Consistently promote a customer-centric approach by defining it across all funnels through insights and customer testing in collaboration with the Design teams.
- Contribute to fostering a culture that aligns with the achievement of the Bank's digital strategic objectives.
- Consistently analyse the performance of the app using tools such as Appsflyer to pinpoint areas for enhancement and optimisation across various aspects of app campaigns and reporting.
Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor of Arts: Marketing , Bachelor of Commerce: Marketing
Essential Certifications
- Marketing Association of South Africa (MASA)
Minimum Experience Level
- 2-3 years in analytics (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics or Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava)
- 2-3 years in digital sales optimisation (knowledge of A/B testing and experiment
Technical / Professional Knowledge
- Analytics Skills (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)
- Digital sales optimisation
- Expertise in software development processes (Agile/Scrum and CI/CD) utilising technologies (e.g. GIT, JIRA, Kanban)
- Industry Trends
- Adobe Journey Analytics Knowledge of front-end languages and frameworks (e.g. CSS, HTML, JS, React)
- Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) & Power BI
- Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava
