Role Overview
You’ll source, screen, and place SAP professionals in IT roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit SAP and IT professionals across Europe.
• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate assessments and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Advise clients on market trends and hiring strategies.
• Stay updated on SAP technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Any of the following combinations of criteria would be an advantage:
  • Fluency in German 
  • Junior Recruiter
  • IT Qualification
  • SAP experience
  • Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FICO, HANA, ABAP).
