Role Overview
You’ll source, screen, and place SAP professionals in IT roles, leveraging your SAP knowledge, German fluency, and proactive recruitment skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit SAP and IT professionals across Europe.
• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate assessments and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Advise clients on market trends and hiring strategies.
• Stay updated on SAP technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (written and spoken).
• Recruitment experience, preferably in SAP/IT sectors.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FICO, HANA, ABAP).
• Proficiency with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
