We're on the lookout for a sharp, detail-driven Accountant to join our high-energy team at a top-tier National FMCG brand. In this role, you'll take charge of core financial processes like monthly balance sheet reconciliations, payment audits, and keeping a close eye on credit and cash flow. You'll also lead and mentor a talented group of accountants, ensuring that all financial reporting is spot-on and aligned with our company's values. Compilation of monthly balance sheet recons
Payment verifications and releases
Management of Accounting pack
Manage Creditors Reconciliation reviews
Post and review journals
Manage monthly cash flow requirements
CAPEX applications
Maintain fixed asset register
Oversee and mentor accountants
Ensure company values and culture are upheld
 
Skills & Experience:
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
Minimum 3 - 4 years of post-article experience in the industry
Retail, FMCG or similar high-volume industry experience
Budget process exposure
Experience in oversight of a team
 
Qualification:
Tertiary Degree in Finance
Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
