As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting business operations with strategic financial insights. Your responsibilities will include budget management, financial forecasting, and providing decision-support analytics to drive profitability and growth. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with organizational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor financial plans to support business objectives.
Provide actionable insights through financial modeling and data analysis.
Drive cost optimization and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Prepare and present reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.

Job Skills and Requirements:

CA(SA)
5-7 years experience in management accounting and business partnering
Proven experience in a advisory role in a corporate setting
Stakeholder management experience
Financial analysis
