Join our dynamic and growing team at our client, a leader in providing innovative electrical engineering solutions. They specialize in the design and development of high-voltage substations and related infrastructure projects. They are seeking a skilled Electrical Draughtsman with experience in Substation General Arrangements (GA) and proficiency in MicroStation software to support our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed electrical drawings, including Substation General Arrangements (GA), Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and wiring diagrams using MicroStation.
Collaborate with engineers to develop accurate and efficient electrical layouts for high-voltage substations.
Revise and update existing drawings based on project specifications and feedback.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and company procedures.
Maintain drawing records and project documentation, ensuring version control and accuracy.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, and mechanical departments, to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical input during project meetings.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Draughtsman, with a strong focus on substation design and layout.
Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MicroStation. Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
Technical Skills: Solid understanding of electrical schematics, substation layouts, and General Arrangements (GA).
Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing and reviewing technical drawings.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
