Management Accountant (CIMA) needed in the East Rand.

As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, and providing strategic insights to support business objectives. The ideal candidate is CIMA-qualified, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and possesses strong technical and strategic financial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed financial statements, reports, and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
• Conduct variance analysis and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Collaborate with various teams to provide financial advice on key projects.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• CIMA qualification (essential).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management accounting role, preferably in Manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems such as Syspro and ODBC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
