As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in developing high-quality, user-friendly applications that drive the success of our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to create seamless, integrated solutions and ensure that our applications provide the best possible user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain front-end applications: Design and implement user interfaces with a focus on usability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and integration across all project areas.
Build scalable back-end services: Contribute to both front-end and back-end development to create fully integrated solutions.
Continuous improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to help shape the development process and enhance user experience.
Test and optimize: Ensure that the code is robust, scalable, and performs optimally across a wide range of devices and platforms.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of front-end and back-end development with a BSc Degree/Diploma.
Front-end Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Back-end Skills: Experience with server-side languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP.
Database Management: Familiarity with databases such as SQL, MongoDB, or similar.
Version Control: Experience using Git or other version control systems.
Strong Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with team members across different functions.
Problem-Solving: Creative and resourceful in addressing technical challenges, while also being proactive and solution-oriented.
