We are seeking a Creditor Controller in the Western Cape at an FMCG manufacturer to process financial documents, support the Financial Accountant, and oversee the Creditors Clerk to ensure all transactions are managed with accuracy and efficiency!

In this role, you will ensure financial transactions are processed accurately and on time for month-end management accounts. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts at month-end, preparing accurate payments for timely processing, and handling queries and disputes effectively. You will collaborate with other departments, maintain supplier master data, provide data to auditors, adhere to audit deadlines, and ensure compliance with BEE data capturing requirements. Additionally, you will support team members and contribute to the smooth running of financial operations. 
 
The ideal candidate should possess a Grade 12 qualification with Accounting as a subject and a post-school Certificate/Diploma in Accounting. 3–4 years of relevant experience is essential. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and experience with SYSPRO would be advantageous. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure are key attributes, along with integrity, transparency, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
