Candidate Requirements

In this role, you will be at the heart of HR operations, managing and coordinating standards, policies, and programs to support the company’s workforce. With a focus on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and development, you'll work closely with management to ensure that HR strategies are aligned with their business objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR role within a manufacturing environment, paired with a strong grasp of South African labour legislation and HR best practices. As a skilled communicator, you'll provide daily HR guidance, analyse trends, and champion change that drives our HR strategic pillars. Matric and a minimum undergraduate tertiary qualification in HR are needed. Accreditation with SABPP or other South African HR professional body will be advantageous.
