Candidate Requirements

LabourTek is looking for a dedicated professional who will ensure adherence to excellent standards, policies, and practices across a manufacturing company. This role involves overseeing performance management, optimising HR systems, and fostering a high-performance culture that supports their agile and manufacturing goals. You will lead initiatives in workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, and talent development while collaborating closely with senior management as a trusted advisor.

As part of their team, you will manage departmental budgets, enhance HR service delivery, and drive projects that support both current and future business needs. You’ll be responsible for engaging employees, managing payroll, and contributing to company-wide strategies in training, safety, and compliance. They’re seeking a skilled communicator with strong problem-solving abilities, strategic insight, and a commitment to creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Grade 12, a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience in senior management/Generalist HR/specialist IR is needed to fulfil this role.
