Play a key role in bridging the gap in the finance function at a JSE-listed manufacturing company! Join our client's team as a Financial Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial initiatives and providing analytical support to influence key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the finance team, managing operations and year-end audits.
Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, offering strategic insights.
Develop and optimize financial processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to guide strategic planning and budgeting.
Collaborate with departments to identify cost-saving and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

CA(SA) or CIMA
3-5 years of experience and previous experience in a management position
Advanced Excel and systems exposure important
