Calling all experienced Bookkeepers! Are you based in Centurion and have over 10 years of expertise under your belt? If you're proficient in Pastel and ready to bring your skills to a dynamic new role, we have an exciting opportunity waiting for you!

This South African company is based in Centurion, specializing in producing and sourcing products for various industries, including aviation, hospitality, healthcare, and mining. Their offerings range from inflight service items, such as cabin supplies and catering products, to safety equipment, personal protective gear, and sanitization solutions. The organization emphasizes custom designs, environmentally friendly options, and prompt service tailored to specific client needs.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Manage and reconcile debtor accounts to ensure timely payments and accurate records
Oversee creditor accounts, processing invoices and ensuring all payments are made on time
Handle export transactions, including documentation and compliance with international trade requirements
Coordinate import processes, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth customs clearance
Manage foreign exchange (forex) transactions, including conversions and currency risk assessments
Generate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients
Utilize Pastel Partner for accounting tasks, ensuring efficient and precise financial record-keeping

Qualifications:

Certificate in Bookkeeping
Advanced in Pastel
