Qualifications
- Minimum: Diploma in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields; ISO certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years in Quality Assurance & Quality Control in a supervisory role within automotive or general manufacturing.
Technical Requirements
- Proficient in Quality Control and Assurance, with deep knowledge of QMS, company policies, and internal controls.
- Ability to read and interpret quality specifications and research, design workflows, and procedures.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, PolyWorks, and Faro.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Understanding of quality control procedures, systems, and relevant legal standards.
- Knowledge of data analysis, statistical methods, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
- Strong skills in quality administration, reporting, employee relations, and industrial relations.
- Problem-solving abilities and familiarity with business, financial concepts, and safety practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Quality certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949.

Essential Duties
- Oversee quality assurance to ensure products meet approved standards and specifications.
- Lead ITAF implementation and monitor for compliance, providing recommendations.
- Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Address 4M changes (Man, Machine, Method, Material) with relevant teams.
- Analyze defects and production data to identify and resolve process improvements.
- Conduct audits on processes and systems, addressing any discrepancies identified.
