My client is an established industrial organization looking for a skilled Finance Manager (CA(SA)) to join our team on a fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CA(SA) who is immediately available and eager to make a significant impact. In this role, you’ll manage and oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee daily finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and company standards.
Cost Control: Analyze costs, variances, and operational efficiencies to support cost-saving initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements, including managing internal and external audits.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with senior management and other departments to align financial objectives with business strategy.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and efficiency within the finance function.

Qualifications and Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification is essential.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in finance management, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Technical Skills: Proficient in IFRS, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
Systems Proficiency: Strong skills in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel capabilities.
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with internal teams and senior leadership.
Adaptability: Able to quickly adjust to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
