Your Purpose...

To support the Head of Design and Property Projects department
Be able to undertake a variety of space designing projects and be able to transform spaces within our clubs into safe, functional and visually appealing areas
Be able to deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to manage and execute on the design
Strategically plan space utilisation, and actively selecting colour palettes and lighting fixtures
to cultivate an inviting ambiance for our clubs
The team which this individual will work with and support consists of the Head of Property Projects, the Head of Construction, National Quantity Surveyor, Head of Design and Project Coordinator

Matric or similar qualification
Interior Design or similar post graduate qualification
4-7 years’ experience in a similar functional role
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design programs

Proven experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations,
space planning and new construction)
Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials, selection, custom furniture and all installations
Working in a department dealing with the planning and execution of property/construction projects
Be able to undertake a design project from concept to completion
Ability to interpret and translate design briefs received from stakeholders into detailed plans
Excellent portfolio of previous projects
Creative talent, imagination, and eye for detail
Be solution orientated
Exceptional Planning and Organising skills
Be able to be flexible and agile
Excellent Prioritisation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability develop and maintain stakeholder relations.
Must be able to work effectively within a team environment
Excellent self and team leadership skills
