Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

10 years' experience as a Production Manager in the food manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards within food manufacturing
Proven track record in team leadership
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication skills
