Responsibilities:

• Service UPS and battery systems on-site
• Produce detailed service reports
• Diagnose and repair UPS faults
• Install and commission new UPS systems (10-400 kVA)
• Perform battery replacements
• Provide technical phone support
• Attend after-hours callouts
• Support Sales with site visits and equipment selection
