Chief Financial Manager

Duties:

Lead and oversee all financial operations, providing direction to the finance team and ensuring the financial performance aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
Develop and implement financial strategies that support long-term business goals and drive profitability.
Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely financial statements, in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Manage the company’s cash flow and liquidity, ensuring there is sufficient capital to support operations and growth initiatives.
Optimize working capital, including effective management of receivables, payables, and inventory, to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry knowledge outside of audit.
