Seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a leading manufacturing company!

Job & Company Description:
We are excited to partner with a leading manufacturing company based in Johannesburg South to find a highly experienced Chief Financial Manager. If you are a seasoned Chartered Accountant with at least 8 years of experience and a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to take your career to the next level! Duties:

Oversee the financial management of the business, providing leadership to the finance team.
Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s growth plans and long-term objectives.
Assess the financial impact of potential acquisitions and integrations, ensuring strategic alignment with the company’s goals.
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring the development of skills and capabilities within the department.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience:

A minimum of eight years of relevant knowledge in a managerial role.
Knowledge of the full financial function as well as working with mergers and acquisitions.
