Our client is looking for a skilled GIS Developer to join their team. This role focuses on creating, deploying, and maintaining GIS applications, managing geospatial datasets, and integrating GIS with enterprise systems to enhance decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement GIS applications (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS).
Manage geospatial data, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Conduct spatial analysis and create data visualizations.
Integrate GIS with other enterprise systems and databases.
Develop mobile and web-based GIS applications.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS).
Programming experience (Python, JavaScript, SQL).
Knowledge of spatial databases (PostgreSQL/PostGIS) and web mapping frameworks (e.g., Leaflet, OpenLayers).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Contract Type:
This is a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of going permanent.
