Requirements:

·        BSc / BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying

·        4-6 Years experience working for a quantity surveying firm.

Responsibilities:

·        Performing background research, gathering cost data, and conducting benchmarking

·        Creating detailed cost estimates and cost plans

·        Assisting with Value Engineering initiatives

·        Formulating procurement strategies

·        Preparing and updating the tender list

·        Developing procurement documents

·        Reviewing and analyzing tender submissions

·        Compiling tender evaluation reports

·        Managing variations and overseeing change control processes, including contractor negotiations

·        Carrying out cost checks and valuations
