Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Source, screen, and engage top digital marketing talent, using channels like LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and advising them on market trends, candidate availability, and recruitment strategies.
- Business development: Have the ability to build a desk. Obtain new business.
- Interview & Placement Management: Coordinate the interview process, provide feedback, and manage candidate and client expectations throughout the hiring cycle.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about trends in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics, to best serve our clients and candidates.
- Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for a range of digital marketing roles, from entry-level to executive positions.
- Consultative Selling: Offer a consultative approach to recruitment, helping clients understand the current market dynamics, talent availability, and effective hiring practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing roles. Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital marketing roles and skills, including SEO, SEM, PPC, content creation, analytics, and social media.
- People Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with an ability to engage and build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and placement goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with recruitment software/ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital sourcing tools. Placement partner
- Organized & Proactive: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
