As a Technical Recruitment consultant, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top sales talent with a technical focus. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their technical needs, engage qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage top sales candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
• Business development: Have the ability to build your desk by getting new business
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, assess technical and sales skills, and schedule in-depth interviews with hiring teams.
• Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to define requirements, develop hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates to fill current and future technical sales roles.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and suggest improvements to recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Skills: Proven sourcing abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in recruitment software/ATS systems.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with technical sales (e.g., software, hardware, engineering) and a strong understanding of what makes successful technical sales professionals.
• Results-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and achieve recruitment targets.
• Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving needs.
