Job description:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Conduct performance reviews and administer compensation and benefits.
Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
Collaborate with operations to address workplace issues.
Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
