Calling on Financial Administrators interested in an opportunity with one my leading services clients.

My client is a company that specializes in providing procurement solutions to the public sector, particularly to government entities, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations. It offers a range of services aimed at optimizing procurement processes, including bulk purchasing, supplier management, and the cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial administration duties.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience on Pastel Evolution – Or similar ERP System

Key Responsibilities:

Issue customer invoices
Bank transactions/cashbook processing
Reconcile customer accounts receivable
Compilation, maintenance and communication of client statements
Cash flow forecast compilation and reporting
Statutory compliance such as PAYE, VAT and income tax calculations and submissions
Query management
