Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Relations: Create unforgettable guest experiences by ensuring every visitor receives attentive, personalized service and enjoys the full luxury lodge experience.
• Operational Excellence: Assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring top standards in hospitality, service, and facility maintenance.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and manage a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service, supporting staff development and fostering a positive work environment.
• Quality Control: Monitor lodge facilities and services to maintain our 5-star standards, with attention to detail in all guest-facing areas.
