Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited to, the following:
Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop, implement and management of financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts
Financial Processing and Reporting: Responsible for processing of salary payroll journal and fortnightly wages
Cash Flow Management: Manage and optimise the company’s cash flow and working capital
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals
Strategic Planning and Projects: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan
 
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years post article experience – EXCO level
Excellent interpersonal and management skills
Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems

Qualification:
CIMA or CA(SA)
