The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support on all the software applications and hardware products.

Responsibilities:

Providing software and hardware support on all products
Managing installations
Managing appointments with customer on installation / services request / training and demonstration purposes
Building solid relationships with our clients
Managing and execute all service calls and new installations
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer queries
Preparing timeline support

Education:

2 years' experience in access control / CCTV / time & attendance
3 years' experience in field support
A+, N+ certification and networking experience
Willing to travel
